MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT IN MADISON INDIANA

We provide Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) using a structured, evidence‑based approach for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder. Treatment options include buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) as well as non‑opioid medication options when appropriate.

All MAT medications are picked up at your pharmacy and taken at home. We do not administer medication in the office.

Routine drug screens are required as part of safe, responsible treatment.

Counseling and support are provided one‑on‑one with the provider during your visits. Additional community resources are available if needed.

What MAT Is — and What It Is Not

MAT is a medical treatment for Opioid Use Disorder. It is not pain management, and we do not prescribe opioids for pain.

We use MAT medications such as buprenorphine/naloxone to help stabilize withdrawal, reduce cravings, and support long‑term recovery. These medications are taken at home and are part of a structured plan that includes regular follow‑up and accountability.

Who We Treat

Our MAT patients are individuals who are:

  • Working toward stability and long‑term recovery

  • Managing work, family, and daily responsibilities

  • Seeking a private, supportive setting

  • Ready for consistent, structured care

We are proud to support patients who are rebuilding their lives and maintaining sobriety.
