Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Evidence‑based care with Support

We offer Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder, using a structured approach. Treatment options include buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) as well as non‑opioid medication options when appropriate.

Counseling and support are provided one‑on‑one with the provider during your visits. Additional community support resources are given at the appointment.

If you are seeking a compassionate MAT provider, call our office. We will gather your information and determine whether our setting is the right fit.

If we are not the best option for your situation, we can help direct you to other resources and assist with arranging rehab if needed.

We accept Indiana Medicaid and some Commercial Insurances.
